Throughout Carolina and Richard's wedding there were these perfect little moments where everything just clicked--the light, the emotion, the people, the joy of the day. I remember the first couple of times these moments surprised me because they came so early and so easily--sometimes it takes people awhile to relax and feel comfortable. For Carolina and Richard these things seemed to come effortlessly, and I don't mean in a fairytale way. This couple and their friends and families have all known each other a long time, they know and understand each other in a way I find hard to put into words, but it's really beautiful. When I realized all this I took a deep breath and just leaned into it, grateful for every moment I was able to photograph.

And yes, that dress. Pretty amazing.
