A wild year shadowing my good friend Faith Armstrong Foster of Onward and Farmstrong Wines: driving out to vineyards at dawn, meeting her extended family of grape growers, documenting the fruit from harvest to bottle and happily raising a glass at the end to celebrate all of it.
